Shipping

What carrier do you use for shipping?

All merchandise is delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS).

What are your shipping options?

There are two delivery methods to choose from depending on your needs.

Ground Advantage provides a tracking number and 100$ worth of insurance to your package. This option arrives in two to five business days, and helps protect against loss of monies or packages.

Priority Mail Express is the premium shipping method. If you live in the continental United States your items are guaranteed to arrive in one to two business days or your money back. Tracking and 100$ of insurance are also included.

Will my order come with tracking?

Tracking can be added to any order, however it doesn’t have to be purchased. Please note, we cannot refund, replace, resend, or accept returns for any order placed without a tracking number.

After the shipping notification, how long will it take for my stickers to get to me?

Once you receive notification it’ll take anywhere from two to six business days for delivery depending on how far away you are.

What if I provide the wrong shipping address?

Our goal is to ship all packages as fast as we can, and we do so using the address provided to us. Please make sure the mailing address provided is accurate and up to date. If the address is wrong we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed items.

How quickly do you ship my order?

All orders are shipped one to three days after purchase.

What if my item was damaged traveling to me?

Our stickers are durable, checked before shipping, and packaged to survive. Yet, if they become warped or defaced while one their way to you take pictures of the package and the damage. Then, we will send you another of the same kind.

What would I do if my order never arrives?

If you purchased tracking for your order check to see the last place it was scanned while traveling. Then, call that post office to see if they can help. Should the package remain lost and it’s the carrier’s fault then contact USPS. However, if the order was lost due to our error we will send you another free of charge.

In the event no tracking was purchased for your shipment then there's nothing we can do. We’d love to replace any and all packages that didn’t find their home, but sadly some folks love a good scam.

General

Are your stickers water resistant?

The car decals we sell are made to be outdoors and do great at warding off water. Our die-cut and kiss-cut stickers are laminated to improve durability, and can be placed on items which will be washed. However, they are not dishwasher safe, and any item they are applied to needs to be washed gently by hand. None of our stickers are designed to be submerged.

Can your stickers be removed and stuck elsewhere?

Nope, our stickers are designed for one time placement.

What should I do if the sticker I ordered isn’t cut and/or printed properly?

Every sticker is quality checked but mistakes happen. Send us pictures of the misshapen item and your invoice. Then, we will ship you out a replacement sticker of that style.
